Review signed contracts
of vendors and assess
arrangements made
Create a ceremony
and reception itinerary
for the bride and the
contracted vendors
Contact vendors to
review specifics
Fax vendors ceremony
and reception itinerary
Attend rehearsal
at the ceremony site
Direct rehearsal
at the ceremony site
if allowed by minister
and/or church (will
coordinate this with
them or assist them
during rehearsal if
needed, otherwise Ribbons
& Roses will be
present to check on
everything)
Provide information
on obtaining marriage
license
The
Wedding:Your
Special Day!
Meet vendors at ceremony
and reception site with
their deliveries and
for their set up
Arrive at least two
hours before ceremony
and remain until clean
up time after reception
Execute all wedding
plans and details with
vendors
Take care of any
last minute details
that might arise
Pin flowers on attendants
and distribute bouquets
(if bride is not using
a full service florist)
Distribute any remaining
payments to industry
professionals if not
already paid before
wedding date
Supervise reception
and coordinate details
of reception with industry
professionals
Supervision loading
of gifts into designated
car
Supervise boxing
of cake or leftovers
to be sent with bride
and groom
